Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PrepCore.in. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PrepCore.in ("PrepCore," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PrepCore.in website, services, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing:

• Accurate and complete information (full name, email address)
• A secure password meeting our security requirements
• Any additional information requested during registration

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for the same individual
• Share your account credentials with others
• Allow others to access the Service through your account
• Create accounts using automated means or false information
• Register for an account on behalf of another person without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Available Plans

PrepCore offers the following subscription options:

Billing and Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information through our payment processor (Razorpay)
• Authorize automatic recurring charges on your billing anniversary
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Update payment information promptly to avoid service interruption

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• We will attempt to process the payment again within 3-5 days
• You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
• Your access may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment
• Your account may be terminated after 30 days of non-payment

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, service tax, etc.) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in specific circumstances such as technical issues, duplicate charges, or service unavailability. We do not offer general satisfaction refunds, as our free trial allows you to fully evaluate the Service before subscribing.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Email support@prepcore.in with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email, order ID, and reason for refund
3. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use the Service for:

• Personal NISM exam preparation
• Practicing with mock tests and questions
• Tracking your learning progress
• Accessing educational content and resources

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our questions or content
• Share screenshots or copies of questions with others
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service
• Share account credentials or access with multiple users
• Manipulate scores or performance data
• Engage in any fraudulent activity

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Service, including practice questions, answers, explanations, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of PrepCore.in or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

References to NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) are for descriptive purposes only. PrepCore.in is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NISM.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

While we strive to provide high-quality preparation materials, we do NOT guarantee that you will pass any NISM exam. Success depends on individual effort, aptitude, and other factors beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
